The room was a bit cramped, feeling like there was barely enough space to move around comfortably, but the breakfast was consistently excellent with a good selection of vegetarian options. The location was perfect, close to great dining spots and sights like Hudson Riverside Park for my morning run. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. There were some downsides like noisy air conditioners, slow elevators, and small storage space, but overall a good stay.

The room at Fairfield Inn & Suites was incredibly comfortable and accessible. The laptop-friendly workspace and air conditioning made me feel right at home. The private bathroom with complimentary toiletries was a nice touch, and the Smart television was perfect for unwinding.

I personally found the mini fridge a bit small, but others may not mind.

Perfectly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was unbeatable right by lot of restaurants, Central Park, the Hudson River and shopping and Times Square and Central Park. The buffet breakfast included good eggs, slices of fresh bread and hot waffles.

The hotel's prime location near Central Park and the subway station was very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet, although not extensive, provided a good start to the day. The room was just the right size and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay overall. The only drawbacks were the lack of a microwave in the room and occasional noise disturbances from other guests.

For a 3 star hotel everything was perfect, I liked to be here. I have stayed in a double room for 3 nights, it was complete with clean towels and storage space and a king size bed. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a plus.

We recently stayed for a short transit visit. The location was great, close to Central Park and several other attractions. The Fairfield Inn's location was perfect for our Broadway show experience. We could easily walk to both theaters and even take a scenic stroll through Central Park to the museums. The nearby options for breakfast and dinner were convenient. Despite checking out, the friendly staff were great too help us track our late transportation to the airport.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in the heart of Hell's Kitchen neighborhood near the southwest entrance to Central Park. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-cleaned rooms with comfortable beds, even on the cellar level, to the friendly and accommodating staff. The basic amenities, including rooms with a King size bed and a view of the ugly backyard, make for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had numerous selections, although I would have appreciated some wholemeal bread options for vegetarians. the hotel provides a great experience at a reasonable price.

Loved that the hotel's smack dab in the middle of all the action, super clean rooms, and staff that's always on top of things. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud and the blackout curtains make it pitch black for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the elevators are a bit sluggish, felt like we were stuck in a slow-motion movie scene. Overall, though, a bang-up experience! 🌟

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn for a few days while exploring the city. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the general manager and reception team. They even organized a beautiful surprise for my daughter with a welcome card and a gift of her favorite cartoon characters. The room was very good with a super view, and it had everything we needed like a coffeemaker, fridge, and clean bathroom. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
